FTC seeks courts battle with Toysmart- – Jul. 10, 2000
The FTC voted unanimously in a closed session on Friday to seek a preliminary injunction against Toysmart, majority-owned by the Burbank, Calif.-based Walt Disney, to prevent the Web retailer from selling names, addresses and buying habits on thousands of customers who used the site, the Journal said.
