Fighting Techniques
Extreme Programming vs. Interaction Design, a worth while read even if you are not directly a developer. The problem with Interaction Design, from the piece, is the assumption that people are stupid and don’t know what they are doing. What I have found so compelling about the XP ideas is the assumption that people are smart and capiable if given the opportunity and framework to shine. Or that is at least my interpetation.
