People Eating Tasty Animals, peta.org, lost their domain name, mirrored, to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, peta.com. My understanding is even though parodies are allowed peta.org was profiting and through the profit diluting the peta.com trademark. If this is really the case then Saturday Night Live, including all their copiers, might have trouble with some of their skits. If they don’t then peta.org should get the domain name back.
