An Open Letter to Be’s Jean-Louis, sell BeOS to a user and developer co-op with 50% of fees going to Be Inc. to pay off the purchase price. Sounds like a very good idea. It would allow BeOS to survive, let users keep getting imporvements, and potentially pay developers.
