  1. Not a bad article. Some of his complaints (ie: the classic vs new view in the control panel) were a bit off IMHO, until they are coupled with the “not for a power user” comment. I think that for a newbie, the new categories in the control panel would work fine (my guess anyway), but anyone who is used to having individual icons, and knowing that to do function X you go to icon “foo” in the control panel will be confused. However, someone who is not familiar with the system and who wants to do task Y doesn’t already have the pre-concieved notion of where they need to go.
    An interesting read nontheless 🙂
