I’m soooo awake. You see

I’m soooo awake. You see some of us at work decided to “get Pumped Up!” or at least improve our rather dumpy programer builds. To that end today was the first goto the gym before work. Do some stationary bike, lift some weights. Now doing this before work ment getting up alittle after 6am. So I should be tired but no I’m wide awake. More awake that I have been in weeks. Actually it is a pretty good feeling. Let’s hope that I don’t fall asleep this afternoon now.
