Agency.com Inadvertently Releases Compensation List
An employee at the firm inadvertently sent an undetermined but large percentage of the company’s New York staff an Excel spreadsheet containing complete employee compensation, and in some cases, compensation history.
Simple solution, just make all compensation public especially for a public traded company. Full disclosure in an open enviroment will stop problems like this from ever becoming a problem.
