The Comic Book Reader allows you to view scanned comic books on your computer. The comic book is scanned and saved as Jpegs and are numbered in order starting from 00.jpg. You are able to browse for your folder containing the specific comic book you want to read within the application. Also, the application loads a brief description of the comic you are about to read from a stored text file in the specific comic book folder, so you don’t have to remember or search the Internet for a description. Found in art, architecture, design, and most intriguingly, in nature, this ratio has been used throughout history and today for its aesthetic beauty.
Phiculator (pronounced "fye·cu·la·tor") is a simple tool which, given any number, will calculate the corresponding number according to the golden ratio. Useful to anyone wishing to create anything with divine proportions! -
On this page we meet some of the marvellous flat (that is, two dimensional) geometry facts related to the golden section number Phi. A following page turns our attention to the solid world of 3 dimensions.

A number of researchers now argue that talent means nothing like what we think it means, if indeed it means anything at all. A few contend that the very existence of talent is not, as they carefully put it, supported by evidence. In studies of accomplished individuals, researchers have found few signs of precocious achievement before the individuals started intensive training. Similar findings have turned up in studies of musicians, tennis players, artists, swimmers, mathematicians, and others.

One of the most common problems a web developer usually face is related to continuously rotate a fragment of content. It can be a presentation of headlines, small fragments of news or a list of thumbnails. The nature of the thing being rotated doesn't matter too much here because all those kind of applications share always the same idea: Rotating. This objective can be achieve in different ways like fading and scrolling. Well here is iCarousel becomes useful. It's a one step forward trying to generalize all those types of widgets providing a rich presentation and making the task easy to be done.
