Here’s the message that the music industry appears to be in denial on. Your users want control. They’ve found out how wonderful it is when they can do what they want. Now find a place to fit in.
Bingo users want control and the buisnesses that acknowledge and provide user wants will be the winners in the long run. All the polotical posturing aside, OpenSource is really about user being able to do what they want.
