Novice vs. Expert Users (Alertbox Feb. 2000)
Sounds like the problem with the current Mac OS and Windows, they forgot about the power user. Unix/Linux remembers the power user at the expense of the novice. Hmm, hopefully Mac OS X makes us all happy.
